I've got a 92 DX Sedan with a D15B7 and I've got power assist. Easy to steer like power steering at low speeds but tightens way up at higher speeds. All I can think of is double check to make sure you have power assist or not (you should) and if you do... I guess check your fluid.

Has it always been this way?
