you will need a camber kit only if you dont want to buy new tires twice a year. its true that camber is not adjustable on most new imports. these new kits make that possible. most alignment shops wont touch the camber in your car only the toe. the camber absolutely must be set where you want it before you adjust the toe if you do the reverse, the toe will be out again.
I have no experience with tokico shocks but i only hear good things about them. try to buy a short stroke shock to match the reduced height of the spring. I found this out the hard way and now I must replace both springs and shocks.
