high flow cat: you can get the popular carsound high flow cat, but i wouldn't do it if your just going for performence upgrades, but if your cat needs replacing. then do it, IMHO, your choice on this.

as for ur exhaust: Greddy EVoII, $459. it's a full catback (same website). But that's my opinion, look at this site and choose a exhaust system that u like the sound of.

then u need an intake to have a full system, but you said "from the header back."

you can do some searching too, alot of questions like so have been covered.

*edit* intake is about $150-250. so a little over $1,000 for your project.
