I bought it

The extended beginning is all of 45 seconds long............so nothing major at all, it just shows the whaling station in 1904 the last time they were there and some poor guy gets whacked by a predator and alien...........

I liked the movie but thought it needed more action..........the PG-13 rating really hurt it!
