Default D16Y8 head with CRX Si Block

i read this in an earlier post...

"why bother with a Z6? If you want some solid power out of a SOHC engine, bolt a D16Y8 (96+ sohc vtec) head onto a D16A6 (CRX Si) block. That makes 10.5:1 compression and VTEC, which will surprise the hell out of all the B16's that you stomp on"

now i have a 91 CRX Si and i have a few questions about this.
firstly, roughly what is the horsepower when installed
- how much trouble/work is it to complete this
- where would i get a D16Y8 head and how much
- is there anywhere i can get all the info on this swap

cuz i was just about to order a ZC DOHC non v-tec, and if this is around the same price and this much better, then i'd definately rather do this...also, if its better than a b16 why dont more people do this, it would only make sense...but anyway, i'd greatly appreciate some info..thanks a ton.

also, if you know of any places with reasonable prices for ZC engines that would be helpful as well.
