Maybe it's the guys I hang out with, but it's the opposite. I don't mean this in any sort of negative, sexist, sense, BUT most of the females I know start dating before their ex's do. Most of the guys I know, when coming out of an important relationship, really wait their time before they go back to the "field", and even more so, do it very tenatively and slowly when they start this journey back to being available. Most of the females I know tend to start rebounding between guys and just generally going wild, while the guys are more reserved and tackle their issues before going back out...
Of course, it really could be the people I know. 9 out of 10, the girls I know intimately enough that they share secrets with me have cheated on their current or past boyfriends. Less than half the guys I know have cheated on their girlfriends... Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? :eh:
