Default Foglights on a 94 Accord 4 Door

I'm slowly repairing and upgrading my '94 Accord. I am working on the mechanical issues one by one and the cosmetics are being done at a slower pace as well.

Unfortunately I live in Washington State where the fog can get bad in some places and I realized quickly I need fog lights, however the last set I installed had sub par wires and the the kit had a 10 amp switch on a 15 amp circuit. (You can Imagine the mess the old switch and a couple of wires ended up in.)

This time I am going to use small quage wiring instead of the wiring supplied to keep the resistance down and avoid over heating as well. Much less of a fire hazard. I got a switch much better suited for the job some of the wires and I am also considering using relays to control the lights so they only come on when only the low beams are engaged. I can build a wiring diagram and I haven't decided if I want to use a 2, 4 or 5 relay system though despite the cost feel the 5 relay system would be the most reliable and safest since I will be able to segregate each light to it's own circuit.

Anyway they are rectangular lights and I was wondering if someone on the forum has advice on how to mount (including where) and aim them correctly? Any help is appreciated in advance.
