How many inches are between your lower and upper perch?
I think I set mine similar to yours, I am tucking rear and a little up front. I love the ride and I'm sure you will too.
Which kit did you get? 8K/10K?
I haven't measured between the perches. We did the height adjustment based on the fender to the ground. And as FM said, I have the street kit. He rocks btw.
Oh and I got to take it down the mountain today through some curvy, narrow, country road and it handled like a champ.
edit- next = camber kit + alignment
and I have some replica CTR headlights on the way and if I'm feeling risky I might wash it.
