You do have to live there, so try and work it out amiably first. If you have no success, go to a hunting store, call a few first to save some driving, and purchase some fox or coyote urine. A very small amount will do wonders for scaring off critters, birds and the like.
i'm thinking about it. I don't know if my manager called them or not yet, but they still haven't gotten moved. I give them four days, then i'll buy some of that stuff.
