yea thats a problem, if that moisture (excuse me...oil) i see is fresh then those cracks penetrate the gearbox housing, which means it will only get worse with driving.
take it to honda, they have a TSB on the Auto SS tranny's maybe ull get a freebie if you bitch enough and tell them u have a lawyer.
