Thats not raw crime data...its per capita crime data. If it was raw crime data, no other city in the country could touch NY....it has twice as many people as any other city in the country. And yeah, per capita, Hartford or Bridgepuertorico might have a higher crime rate, but there are dozens of neighborhoods in NYC that are similar in size to either of those cities that would make them both of them seem like Greenwich.
