It comes as a round key and it is the same way to install them just like hood pins. i used a dremel to make the holes. i wouldn't buy them from that site though.... the bolted hooks seem to be a bet to small or mybe it just the photo of them....... and $34.00 bucks is way more then i've seen them for. i got mine for $19.
