They should be able to set everything but the rear camber.
And depending on how low the car is it may or may not be a huge problem.
I drove for a few years with my rear camber out (Eibach pro-kit drop) before getting one installed it just accelerates tire wear a bit.
I lowered my coupe in '00, and at that time a camber kit wasn't yet available.
