Its good to have, its a fun and enjoyable hobby, and you never know when you might need it.
So I downloaded the application, and it definitely says I need a PA license to apply. They will offer non-resident permits for those that have permits in other states, however, MD is impossible to gain one. Although I have lived here for 4 years, I still have my MD license cause I am in college. I think that I will call them and see.
