1) shortage of translators
2) they are adding more features/car/updates (maybe online mode???)
3) being very "corporate" about it and controling the release just because they can
4) waiting for a specific time, either before or after something else
It a mix of 3 & 4 in my opinion... Maybe they are also trying to get the release date in the second quarter for accounting purposes.
