in ohio thats all there is to it.. but if your somewhere that they inspect the serial number of your motor & what not. I would guess that as long as u had the paperwork to show that u bought the car with the vin that matched the motor u would bo ok. (i.e. title)

& as far as towing the car.. i don't think anybody on here can read minds & kno what the car looks like or if it has 4 wheels & tires on it to tell u that yes.. it will roll down the road while being towed! might want to post a pic or be a lil more descriptive.

& yes.. pulling a motor is a peice of cake.. your problems will probably come when your wanting it to run again after you've droped it into the other vehicle!
