I drive a 1993 Acura Legend LS Coupe with a 230hp Type-II engine (stock), but I need to sell this car and get something that gets good gas mileage because I need to pay off some debts and save as much money as I can.

My main 3 options right now in the order I want them are:
1) 1995+ Civic Del Sol S or Si (i heard 1993/1994 have leakage problems)
2) 1995+ Civic DX Hatchback
3) 1995+ Civic EX Coupe (uses regular 87octane gas right?)


So here's my question: What should I look for when buying the car? Are there certain years or models that have problems? Thanks for any info.


My goal is to sell my Legend for ~$6000 (it's in great shape), and get a cheaper car for $3000~$4500.
