pro-kit alone lowers you 1.2" on 5th gen and 1.5" on 6th gen. neuspeed konis gave more of a drop on my 5th and my sister's 6th. here's my before and after pic:

the dropped pic is with 1 perch below the stock height on the koni SP3s and only a couple of days after installation. it was slightly lower after the suspension settled. i think it'll be considerably higher with the KYBs. the ride on pro-kit is as smooth as stock.
as for the camber kit...get an alignment first. you might not need a kit for the front, and definitely do the washer trick for the rear if needed, as wedley2 said.
