Tips...don't mess anything up. It's pretty easy, here in Ohio you never know when something is gonna be nice and rusted up, but once you get everything off, it's not bad.

A big breaker bar and some taps with a mini sledge are best for the large axle nut (36mm on my 99, same for my buddy's '94), and it's easiest if the car is on the ground, so do this before jacking up the car, or have someone hold the brakes with power, that'll usually hold enough for you to loosen that nut.

I have to change my axles and was getting ready to plunk down 100 dollars for a new set since its been 3 years since the last change. Thanx to reading this i remember i have the lifetime warranty at autozone.....schweet
