I have sent email to HONDAECU about some questions regarding a chip that I would like them to make for me and I have not gotten any results. Anyone ever talked with these people? If so, how did you contact them?

Has anyone ever purchased a chip from them. If so how well did it work and was it hard to install?

If anyone knows of any other companys that will do chips like they do for $35 please let me know.
