But as your body gets older and your lifestyle changes so does muscles of the body. I know my turning point was 25 years old. My metabolism definitely slowed down, but now I don't eat as much either.

I know when I was younger I could wake up and just go running. Now I need about an hour to get moving in the morning

pssh, im only 20 and i still need an hour or so to get going in the morning h:

besides age being a factor, it's very easy for one to cause stress on a muscle when theyre stretching...because it's tight and flexed when you're stretching, all it takes it the smallest wrong movement to mess something up.
