Eibach knows thier sh!t.
You'll need camber kits though on the front. I don't know about the rear (I didn't need em on my bucket cause it had been wrecked... go figure) I drive a ragged out Civic so it's a little different. Struts wouldn't be a bad idea because even though the Eibach ProKit may be one of the best for working with stock parts, eventually they will break down.
As far as it being a first time DIY... it just depends on you, and the tools you have available to you.
