hey everyone i'm a brand new member here!

well my 87 accord has had a heat problem ever since i got it. (used of course) first it was because the heater core clogged up almost solid. so i replaced that. shortly after i had to replace my engine with another one because of a bad radiator leak on the highway which over heated my engine.

now i have a new heater core, new radiator and a different engine but have crappy heat. the heat is good, after awhile, when it's on recirculate. but, when i put it in fresh air the cold air soon over powers the heater core and only puts out slighty warm air. i need the fresh air for defrost reasons. i've tried just about everything i can think of. any suggestions?? thanks
