Yeah, in cruise control. Usually when I'm controlling it, I can give it though throddle that it doesn't downshift. But yeah, I now know what you're talking about.
Question, for example when I've just got done accelerating (not mashing on the pedal) and I'm at say.. 60MPH the revs are at about 3,000 but after a second of "getting steady" it drops down to about 2400RPM. It doesn't downshift because i'd feel that, it the revs drop. Is that the torque converter?
