FYI peeps (I know this is a bit late) not all suits involve money. Apple wants to find out who leaked the stuff to him, because simply put, this is too much info for some college freshman to have on a guess. Every person who works at Apple signs a NDA saying they are legally bound to not tell anyone about the specifics of the project. Someone leaked this info to thinksecret.com, and they refused to tell who leaked. Thus, Apple filed suit to find out who did. Thus:

Of course. They want their employees to know that anyone who leaked information will find their job in jeopardy. Simple business if you ask me :dunno:
