But considering the scope of this thread, I think it's safe to say that most airbag suspension systems are designed for ride comfort over performance. Even Bridgestone's PRAXIS system relies on gas-charged dampers to control body movement...the airbags are solely used as variable rate / height "springs".
:werd: They're hella heavy too...
[QUOTE=HaRdCoRe TeXaS]well ... im not really into the whole racing thing ... im more into making my car look nice and the air suspenison is just awesome... especially for the price i got it...[quote]
Haha... I'm the opposite. No special looks at all to my car, really, and I got basically the most streetable track coilovers you can find. They make all sorts of noise, and if I hit too large of a bump, I will fly into my roof, but the thing handles like a dream with a fun little progressive feel (Since my new coilovers, it seems to understeer the same/little more on the mild turns, but on sharp turns, has an extremely responsive rotation).
I'm starting to think my car doesn't really need a sound system, so I might sell mine off and regain the 70lbs lost in all of the stereo equipment I've got
