Helpful, yes. Hard, yes. The block needs be be drilled out and tapped to use an Integra head bolt in, if memory serves, the middle rear location. The cooling ports should line up close enough to work. The main problem is the timing belt... there is no stock timing belt that will work. You have to use, I believe an old Accord crank pulley, and a special sized genaric timing belt trimmed a bit narrower to fit. This isn't a normal head swap, I've only heard of it being completed once by a specialty racing shop to get a 1.5L DOHC to fit regulations of a certain racing class that wouldn't allow a 1.6L block. Yes, the D16A1 uses a standard modern D series exhaust manifold bolt pattern. ZC cams are a direct swap.

You should install a complete D16A1 engine, not just the head. It will make more power. The D16A1 head is compatable with all DOHC ZC pattern blocks, but you'll need to stay with a D16A1 or a browntop ZC..
