AF is probably your best choice. I went in as a 3C032 (Communications Computer Programmer). They trained me and all that so I didn't need to know much when I started. If you know what you want, you need to be firm with the recruiter. DO NOT let them tell you that you are going in open general. That means that they will put you in wherever they have an open spot.. cook, SP (security police), mechanic... etc.
They need you, remember that. Find what you want and tell them that that's what you want to be.
