When I got my civic at 72K, it was burning oil about 1qt per 1-2k. I think it was a lot. I tried many additives but none of them helped me. Slick 50 was among them.
Later I got an engine for $150.00 and made a swap my self. The new engine had 29k on it. However I didn't notice any hp increase with newer engine. Still uncertain about that experience.
