what car do u have?

looks like the yel/grn should be getting B+ but i'm not entirely sure...
you should be getting B+ at the blk/yel wire you shouldn't be getting voltage out of the blu wire unless the engine is turning. that's for the rpm output
the wht/blu wire is the contol module's grounding of the coil.

looks like the ecu sends a voltage signal to the igniter at the yel/grn wire and that should cut the ground to the primary side of the ignition coil (the wht/blu wire) and would cause the coil to fire.

i'm assuming you're trying to see if the igniter is good or bad? test the coil's ground for voltage. have someone crank the engine. are you getting a constant 12v or does it fluctuate?
