Naw, it's got handle bars. Or more specifically a T-bar... Both hand grips turn like the right side one on a motorcyle so the driver can operate switches on either of two control panels.
The handlebars are adjustable to four different settings. The driver can drive while buttoned up, or with his head out just under the gun. But the gun and turret can be a major hazard to the driver so he would always be in the down postion while the turret is active.
