you can get that pretty much at any place that sells tools, with the exception of sears. at least i haven't seen it there. little tool shops to mat tools and snap on will sell it.
it'll pretty much work on anything except for some cars and trucks that has no clearance. then, the plier type, or those strap types will work. i have the one i shown and the plier type and those has worked for all cars i've seen.
