I wouldn't even go as far as blaming the Neuspeeds for body roll. Have you upgraded your sway bar? I'll tell you what I have a Comptech adjustable rear sway and tie bar and the body roll is very minimal. I have it on the stiffest setting.
The reason I say this is because I drove a GSR with the same setup as mine except it had Eibach springs, and no it didn'y have any upgraded swaybars either, and it rolled alot less than my car with the Neuspeed springs.
