I see no point in defending a one-off engine someone built in their spare time. So what if he's boosting it and ran the engine for 5k miles. Can you replicate his work? Do you know the exact machinist he used? I mean ****. This dude may've had it in his fate to build a working, stable frankenstien engine but who says you can do it.
Swap in an H22A or a K24, get a beer, a blunt, and a bucket of chicken and call it a damn day.
