shock settings are not spring rates..they are two separate things..and yes the teins come with weak spring rates..they will be fine for the street (dunno why you'd spend $800 for a street setup) but not autox and especially track events
unless you had ungodly sticky tires (slicks for example) and a high ride height your car will not flip sorry...and that'll take alotta work to accomplish
