The chassis number will definitely allow us to verify your insistence that there is any such thing as a 1995 Integra Type R.

Until then, the extant qualified information is that the Honda Integra Type R began as a 1996 model year in JDM (as the four bolt design) and in 1997 model year in the USDM.

Honda Japan did not supply any homologation numbers to the FIA for a 1995 model year.

Production of the 96 Spec JDM ITR obviously started in 1995 but I have never seen a car produced so early in 1995 that it was actually titled in Japan as a 1995 model year. If there were 1995 MY ITR, I don't understand why the FIA wouldn't have homologation numbers for 1995, since they produced the ITR specifically for homologation.

Congratulations to the poster for owning a very rare beast if he does indeed have a 1995 model year ITR, and we all look forward to the chassis number and verification when he actually gets his hands on the car.
