I'm posting this for a friend and I've searched but he wants to change the headlights on his black 03 accord and he is looking at these.

now i know they are kind of "rice" but its his car i guess. if you look at the bottom, there is another one that is black housing with a "blue ion lens" but would those just be junk making the light that comes out blue? here is a link to those

basically just let me know what i should tell him. or should i charge him money to take his headlights, put them in the oven, and paint the stock ones? just point me in the right direction so i can help a friend out. thanks guys
