I wouldn't hesitate to buy a B20-based motor if it were built by someone I trusted who knew my application. In the recent past there have definitely been some strong B20-based ITR running around.

It's hard to answer your question without personally knowing the builder and tuner.

That's what it's going to come down to...do you trust them?
