I turned off the car and started it again and it went away and everything was normal. Wtf is up with this? This is my first time coming accross this. I think it may have something to do with my jacked up idling. I haven't figured that out yet. Car runs fine when in drive but if I put the car into park or neutral, it revs to 1500rpm and then drops every two seconds. I installed a cold air intake and so I know I am haviing a vacuum issue that may have something to do with all this mess? Help a brother out! TIA

If it is the speed sensor then the led on the computer on your 90 will be blinking the code for the VSS speed sensor. There are a bunch of different things that the computer self diagnoses on that car and blinks a code to tell you what is going on. Just pull up the carpet under the dash on the passengers side and it will show you the code (blinking led). Just do a search online about how to interpert the various patterns of blinking and it will tell you the problem.
