I believe the ones from the private sellers I've met on Honda-Tech are also $20. So the price is definitly not an issue. These chips absolutely suck, hands down. True, a Mugen or Skunk 2 program is a tuned program, but NOT FOR A STOCK ENGINE. They are tuned for heavily built engines with serious modification to EVERYTHING including high compression ratios and very high octane gas. They will advance the heck out of your ignition timing, most likely causing pinging or knocking. And no, dumping more gas in the engine is not the correct way to make more power.
