its a fairly new distributor, i probably still have the receipt if you want it... not sure if he plugged something up wrong maybe :dunno:

after about 3 months of doing hard battle with UPS, i finally got them to cough up. it was not easy, it was not one of those experiences that gives you the warm fuzzies for UPS.... were it less than $431, i probably would have said F it and just paid the dude myself. i wont be shipping anything of high value through UPS again, ill go with FedEx til they F up...
