i have a 96 ex motor in a 97 hatch. i have cold air, throttle body spacer, header, and a p28 ecu chipped

my question is what should i do next. i dont want a turbo or nos. ive buddy thinks i should do the ignition but i thought maybe light weight pulleys and a 7or8 lbs flywheel.
