You have to remove the splash shield above the passenger tire to get to the resonator. That is assuming you even care to remove it, since it won't make a difference either way...

And also with my intake install, I had to reroute one of the coolant hoses in order to get rid of the "coolant spider". I am not sure if you will have to do that, but if you do, it isn't that hard.
