A car making 260HP thru an auto is going to suffer 'at least' 25% drivetrain loss. The Manual CL-S weighs in at 3400 or so and thats the manual model. Of course id assume the manual trim puts more to the wheels and weighs less than the auto, by definition.
So you have a 3400lb, 260HP automatic that runs a 14.2@?.
Not to mention my friend has a 2003 TL-S automatic with tranny problems at 14k miles, and his wife drives it.

I am extremely surprised, having raced 'several' TL-S manuals, as well and beating 'several' TL-S autos, at this point id have to say that the CL is in the low 15's to high 14's with mods.
