The single most factor determining grip isn't on your list...tires. Compound, width, psi.
But all the rest on the list are going to make a difference. They are pretty much going to make the most difference in the order you listed there. They are all going to make a difference in the amount of body roll, balance, rotation, rigidity, etc...but ultimately the amount of grip will be limited by the tires.
You can put all those mods on your car and it'll still be very streetable as long as the spring rates aren't too wild.
