I am using the car as a winter/commuter car. My other cars I just do not drive in the winter time, and I have always had a soft spot in my heart for the '90-'93 Integras. There is an off chance that the car may see some track time if time permits, but for 99% of the time it is just driving long distances. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
As far as glitches are concerned, all generations of the Integra were soundly built. Provided you keep up on maintenance and oil changes, their drivetrains will run strong for damn near eternity.

That said, the 2nd Generation Integra GSR is rare enough to deserve special care - if not outright preservation. For a general commuter car, I'd choose the GS. h: It will certainly be more affordable than the GSR (unless you find an extremely desperate seller).
