Congrats on the car...you will love it. As far as the noise, what kind of noise, and where is it coming from?? Also, what year is your car?? Some of the early S2000's had a 'clunking' sound that came from the rear end of the car. There was a service bulletin on it, and if you have a warranty it should be no problem.
