I dont think this is the case because the ECU that worked only had RP17 pulled and it worked fine. I didnt see anything in the wiring for it either. Now, the car the motor was pulled from was totalled pretty badly so it could have messed up the ECU. The car was started before everything was pulled out, but only once.
