Got these off the Sylvania replacement guide for 1999 ACURA Integra (Coupe). I notice that they don't list a bulb size/number for the OEM fogs... I know for a fact that the size for the fogs is H3. And, I am certain the 9006 (low) and 9005 (high) are correct... the rest of the list...well, I have no idea if it's correct.
