my sister has a 90 accord 4dr ex 5spd. It has 235000 miles and accelerates, handles and rides just as well my 99 accord coupe w/55000 miles. She has always done the scheduled maintenance and changed the oil & filter every 3000 miles, and fixed things as they broke(not just let things brake and not fix them until you HAVE TOO)Seriously it drives like its brand new, at this rate i would bet that she could get at least 350000 maybe 400000 or more.
